Cash flow ➔ Reports ➔ Graph
You can filter the graph that you want to display. To generate a graph of your bank balance, you need to define one or more of the following criteria and click Start. The graph that matches the search criteria you have entered is then displayed.
Type or select a cash instrument. The graph will be displayed for this cash instrument. For more information, see Selecting cash instruments. Alternatively, select All for all cash instruments. This option is only available if the All check box is cleared.
Select the type of cash instrument. The graph will be displayed for this type of cash instrument. You can choose from Bank, Cash, Credit card, Cash register or All. This option is only available if the All check box is selected at Bank account.
Type or select the currency that is linked to the cash instrument for which you want the graph displayed. For more information, see Selecting currencies. This option is only available if the All check box is selected at Bank account.
Type or select a date range. The graph will display the account statement from the first day of the sequence and end with the statement from the last day. Alternatively, select All for all dates.
Select In if you want to view the graph for the incoming cash (receipts).
Select Out if you want to view the graph for the outgoing cash (payments).
Note: Select both In and Out to view the graph for incoming and outgoing cash. These options are only available if a cash instrument is selected at Bank account instead of All.
Click this to generate the graph.
Click this to exit.
